The following are Terms & Conditions for the Brighter Media Group "Refer A Business Friend" promotion. These Terms & Conditions govern the "Refer A Business Friend" promotion (the “Promotion”) being conducted by Brighter Media Group (the “Sponsor”). Participants must be 18 years of age or older to qualify for referral reward. No purchase or payment is required to participate. To be eligible, the referred business must complete an appointment with a BRIGHT-FM Business Impact Team member. Each eligible referral will receive one (1) twenty-five dollar ($25) digital gift card to the BRIGHT-FM Shop and will only be issued after such appointment has occurred. Referrals are not limited in number; an individual may submit multiple referrals. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the validity of referrals and to withhold gift cards in the event of fraud, misrepresentation, or non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions. Digital gift cards will be delivered electronically to the email address provided by the referring party. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time without prior notice. In the event circumstances beyond Sponsor's control impact the operation of the program, Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability. By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from or related to this program, including, but not limited to, delays, cancellations, technical issues, or the acceptance and use of any card.
